Replace EST Fan Coil Units

The project involved the removal and replacement of existing fan coil units to enhance HVAC efficiency, performance, and climate control.

 

Replace M&O Restroom Fixtures

The project involved the removal of existing wall partitions, re-plumbing the walls with new cast iron and copper piping, and replacing the drywall. FRP wainscot was installed, followed by touch-up painting. The partition walls were reinstalled, and new wall-hung toilets with Sloan manual flush valves were successfully installed, completing the renovation.
