The project involved the removal of the existing pony chiller, including the condenser, chilled water pumps, piping, and related accessories. A new modular pony chiller was installed, along with connected piping, accessories, and two new pumps. The system was integrated with new controls as specified in the project plans. Additionally, power was supplied to the new equipment and panels in accordance with the electrical plans.
The project involved the removal and replacement of carpet, VCT, and ceramic flooring, enhancing durability, aesthetics, and functionality across the space.
