The project involved replacing nine (9) existing air handling units on the roof of the Children’s Center with nine (9) new units. The scope also included providing new TAB reports, inspecting and replacing fire dampers as needed, and cleaning the supply and return ductwork to improve system efficiency and air quality.
The office renovation included framing, ceiling work, and the installation of electrical and data systems. Security upgrades were implemented, along with painting, door and window enhancements, and the installation of ADAcompliant signage. The project covered approximately 1,500 square feet, ensuring a modernized and functional office space.
The classroom renovation included ceiling work, electrical installation, and painting, along with door upgrades and the installation of guard rails. Covering approximately 1,100 square feet, the project improved the functionality, safety, and overall aesthetics of the space.
