Campus ADA Access Retrofit (Phases 2 – 4)

The project involved the removal and replacement of concrete ramps and concrete flatwork to correct the ADA path of travel. Additionally, the parking lot asphalt was removed and replaced to ensure full compliance with ADA standards.

Access Upgrades to Student Services Building

A Wi-Fi-enabled access control system was installed on all designated doors, allowing users with the application to unlock them seamlessly. Additionally, doors were equipped with an automated system that integrates with the application for remote operation. The installation focused specifically on a fixed Path of Travel, ensuring secure and convenient access along the designated route. ADA upgrades to the restrooms were also completed to enhance accessibility and compliance.
